Being an illustrator and creative designer by day I've found that teaching pilates seamlessly blends with my passion for creating beauty and harmony within myself and in the world.

I firmly believe that health and beauty are simple and enjoyable. Every movement we make should bring joy. This way, we fall in love with the process and get plesantly surprised by the results.
Autumn 2024 classes
We offer classic Polestar-style Mat Pilates workouts designed to provide you with a positive movement experience and relieve pain and discomfort.

At a class we work with our nervous system to create new movement patterns and improve our mobility and strength through micro movements.

Suitable for most people aged 18-60 of any physical fitness level.
